AWS Copy Image

Activity Description​

Copies an Amazon Web Service image from a specified region.

Output​

The ID of the new image.

Settings​

  • Module Name – The name of the AWS module through which the activity will execute.
  • Override Connection Parameters – Copies an existing image on a different AWS account, instead of the original default account saved under the AWS module.
  • Access Key – If overriding the connection parameters set at the module level, enter a different access key here.
  • Secret Key – If overriding the connection parameters set at the module level, enter a different secret key here.
  • Token – If overriding the connection parameters set at the module level, enter a different token here.
  • Source Image Region – The region in which the image is located.
    Example: ap-northeast-1
  • Source Image Name/Id – The name or ID of the source image.
    Example: AP-NE
  • Target Image Name – The name of the image to be created.
  • Target Image Description – The description for the image to be created.
